Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

ACHCPRW provides professional résumé writing, executive résumé development, ATS résumé optimization, LinkedIn professional branding, ATS-optimized cover letters, career value proposition development, executive career branding, and interview preparation services. Services are provided on a project basis according to the agreed scope and pricing.

2. No Guarantees

ACHCPRW does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment outcomes, or specific ATS scores. Career documents are developed using professional best practices, ATS-aware structure, and industry standards, but hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside of our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete career information
• Reviewing completed documents and requesting revisions within the agreed scope
• Using the documents truthfully in their job search
• Responding to communications in a timely manner

4. Payment

Pricing is based on career level and service type as outlined in your project agreement. Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement. Prices may change without notice, but agreed project pricing remains fixed for the duration of the project.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

ACHCPRW treats all client career information as confidential. We do not share client documents or personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon final delivery and payment, the completed career documents become the property of the client. ACHCPRW retains the right to use non-confidential project examples for portfolio purposes only with client consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

ACHCPRW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of career documents. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
